Event Scheduling

Acuity Brands Lighting welcomes members of the lighting community to utilize the Center for Light&Space for committee gatherings, board meeting, lectures, and larger scale events.

Acuity Brands Lighting regularly houses events for groups such as the IES, ASLA, USGBC, DLF, local New York City educational institutions along with many other lighting industry organizations and firms.

Space Functionality and Layout

Training Room

Room features an option of classroom or theater seating and full audio/visual equipment.  Functionality includes product  presentations, educational programs, product demonstrations, speaking engagements. 

Deck

Outdoor area features panoramic views of the cityscape.  Functionality includes outdoor parties and cocktail hours.

 

Board Room

Room features conference table seating for 20 and visual equipment to accommodate presentations.  Functionality includes  presentations, meetings, focus group gatherings.

  

Reception Area

Functionality includes evening reception, meet and greet gatherings.

Room features theater style seating or standing room and full audio/visual equipment.  Functionality includes evening receptions, large scale presentations, product demonstrations and mock-ups. 

 

Conference Room

Room features conference table seating for 8.  Functionality includes  presentations, meetings, focus group gatherings.
